In critical times when disasters and unpredicted events collapse human judgments, formation structure of social infrastructure gets to be rather important. Acute risk catastrophic such as a rare disaster, coronavirus pandemic, trigger global scale setback which has substantial impact on people’s lives livelihoods. Catastrophic halt economic landscape, commodity prices, silence production engines interact in complex ways. During this phase volatility opacity, roles sustainable supply chain, productions circular economy get more important than ever. Such disruptions are therefore addressed by identifying chain strategies. This paper intends establish underlying patterns disruptive factors the evaluate strategies structuring applying it real world example Turkish Kitchen Equipment Manufacturer (KEM). Selection strategy is Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) issue involving various parameters that may contradictory at same time. Analytical-Hierarchy-Process (AHP) VlseKriterijumska-Optimizacija-I-Kompromisno-Resenje (VIKOR) methods can used solve problems. order strengthen these terms their lacking capability coping with uncertainty incomplete information, they extended Interval-Valued Picture-Fuzzy Set (IVPFS) better simulate judgment. MCDM processes enhanced Group-Decision-Making (GDM) combine individual Decision Makers’ (DMs) opinions into group judgments. Found outcome reveal chains respond disruptions, businesses should primarily diversify from geographic perspective, forces motion physical perspective. Originality article based integrated AHP VIKOR approaches IVPFS GDM algorithm first literature presentation its application for sustainability decision support tool.
